The Protector Volume 1

Dumbara was the greatest hunter/tracker and fiercest warrior of his tribe and represented his tribe as its champion during competitions with other tribes. He brought shame to the tribe and the tribe elders banished Dumbara to the harsh unknown of the jungle having him stripped, beaten, and branded as a reminder of what he had done. When death came, Dumbara begged for a deal, vowing his service for eternity for the opportunity to exact revenge on his tribe. He was granted his wish.
